The new development will break ground on June 11, 2025, at 12PM at 416 W. 29th Street, in Wilmington, Delaware.
Wilmington, DE – In a powerful testament to healing, hope, and hometown pride, Wilmington native and real estate developer Donald Thompson III is transforming personal heartbreak into a beacon of restoration for the Northside community.
Through his company, Truth in Actions, Inc., Thompson will break ground on RAW Story Dr., a new 14-unit townhome development named in memory of his beloved nephew, Rick Anthony Williams, who tragically lost his life to a drunk driver.
Slated to break ground on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at 12 PM at 416 W. 29th Street, this development is more than a construction project, it’s a legacy in motion.
“This isn’t just about real estate,” says Thompson. “It’s about rewriting the narrative, taking pain and building purpose. RAW Story Dr. is a reflection of the raw, real experiences so many families face, and the resilience that comes from choosing hope.”
