The Office of Educational Advocacy (OEA) works to strengthen the systems, relationships, and resources surrounding Wilmington’s children and families.

 

As a division of Wilmington City Council, OEA serves as a connector and advocate; bringing families, educators, community organizations,  and City leadership together around a shared goal: ensuring Wilmington students have the opportunities and support they need to thrive.
