Town Hall Meeting to be held Today by Councilwoman Shané Darby
Local landlords and members of the Wilmington community are encouraged to attend the town hall on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, from 6 PM to 8 PM, at the Police Athletic League in Wilmington.

Wilmington, DE – Shané Darby, the 2nd District Council Member of Wilmington City Council, invites the public to a Town Hall meeting to discuss ways in which constituents and the City of Wilmington can work together to improve landlord relations.

“The town hall is a follow-up to the previous town halls I held in May,” said Councilwoman Darby. “I am seeking ways to improve the City’s relationship with landlords. In turn, if we can support landlords in our city, we can provide quality housing for our residents.”

The town hall meeting will provide attendees with an opportunity to give feedback on landlords’ livable conditions for renters and share thoughts on ways Wilmington could improve code enforcement, water billing, and other tenant-related factors.
