Councilwoman Zanthia Oliver and Wilmington Housing Authority Invite Residents to Community Job Fair Connecting Wilmington to Opportunity

Wilmington, DE – Creating pathways to opportunity and uplifting Wilmington residents remains at the heart of 3rd District Councilwoman Zanthia Oliver’s work. In partnership with the Wilmington Housing Authority, Councilwoman Oliver is proud to host the Wilmington Job Fair on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at 2412 Thatcher Street, Wilmington, DE 19802.

This free, community-focused event is designed to meet residents where they are, bringing together local employers ready to hire, on-site interviews, and hands-on resume support all in one place. Whether you’re looking for your first job, seeking a new career path, or re-entering the workforce, this event is about opening doors and creating real opportunities for Wilmington families.

“This job fair is about employment and empowerment,” said Zanthia Oliver. “We know our community is filled with talent, resilience, and potential.
