Wilmington, DE – Wilmington City Council Members Coby Owens and Alexander Hackett proudly congratulate Wilmington native Jezelle “GG” Banks on helping lead USA Basketball Women’s U18 National Team to a gold medal victory, bringing international recognition to both her outstanding athletic achievements and the City of Wilmington.
