President Congo Releases 22-Month Report
The report highlights many positive achievements obtained during the 108th Session of the Wilmington City Council

Message From President Ernest “Trippi” Congo II:

As the President of the Wilmington City Council, it is my honor to serve the residents of Wilmington, working alongside the Mayor and the City Council with a team of dedicated and passionate City employees to enhance the quality of life for all who live, work or visit here.

In the first two years of the 108th Session of the Wilmington City Council, our City moved forward in many ways and we expect that 2023 will again bring great things to Wilmington, Delaware.  Our 22-Month Report highlights many – but not all – of our achievements from January 2021 through October 2022, including the success and advancement of many projects and initiatives thanks to the leadership and dedication of the elected members of the Wilmington City Council and the outstanding work of our City employees.

It is a distinct privilege to be the President and it is a responsibility that I take very seriously and willingly; as do the members of the City Council. Our commitment to Wilmington’s residents, businesses, and visitors is to ensure the City’s quality of life is among the best in the state. In that spirit, it is my honor to share our 22-Month Report with our residents, businesses, and community stakeholders.
