Her participation underscored her commitment to community partnerships, economic opportunity, and ensuring that residents facing difficult circumstances have access to meaningful support.

The event provided opportunities for attendees, sponsors, and local businesses to contribute to the Ministry of Caring’s ongoing efforts to combat homelessness and promote economic self-sufficiency.

Proceeds from Eleganza 2026 benefited the Ministry of Caring’s five emergency shelters and Job Placement Center, which provide critical resources to individuals and families experiencing poverty, homelessness, and unemployment.

Councilwoman Oliver expressed her appreciation to the Ministry of Caring Guild, event organizers, sponsors, participating businesses, and community supporters for their continued dedication to serving Wilmington residents.
