Members of the 4th District are encouraged to attend the Town Hall meeting on Thursday, February 27, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the lobby of the Louis L. Redding City County Building.

Wilmington, DE – Residents of Wilmington’s 4th District are invited to attend a Town Hall Meeting with 4th District Council Member Michelle Harlee on Thursday, February 27, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the lobby of the Louis L. Redding City County Building.

Attendees are encouraged to arrive early for refreshments from 5:30 to 6:00 PM, fostering community connection before the discussion begins.

This gathering offers a critical opportunity for community members to engage directly with their council representative, discuss key issues, and help shape the future of the 4th District. The agenda will include public safety updates, city initiatives, and community concerns, but most importantly, it will provide a platform for residents to share their voices.

“With a new mayor, a new administration, and a new council term, now is the time to work together to strengthen our community,” said Council Member Michelle Harlee. “Your voice has power. Your presence matters. Let’s come together and build a stronger, more vibrant 4th District.”

Looking ahead, 4th District Town Hall meetings will be held quarterly via Zoom, ensuring greater accessibility and engagement for all residents.

To confirm attendance, please email mhharlee@wilmingtonde.gov with “Town Hall Meeting” in the subject line.
