Council President Hosts Second of Four “Community Conversations”

Wilmington City Council President, Hanifa Shabazz, will host the second of four “Community Conversations” this evening, Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at 6:00 p.m.  The meeting will be held at H. Fletcher Brown Boys and Girls Club located at 1601 North Spruce Street, on the City’s North Eastside.
