A Resolution Authorizing the City to Accept the Donation of a Portion of 3505 Governor Printz Boulevard from Wilmington Governor Printz Blvd LLC for Use as Eastlawn Playground
Synopsis: This Resolution is being presented by the Administration for Council’s review and approval. This Resolution authorizes the City to accept the donation of a portion of the property located at 3505 Governor Printz Boulevard, Wilmington, Delaware 19802 (being Tax Parcel No. 06-148.00-005) once the property has been subdivided. The donated property has been and will continue to be operated and maintained by the City as a basketball court, which is part of Eastlawn Playground.

A Resolution Requesting a Report on the Potential Implementation of Leading Pedestrian Intervals Throughout the City of Wilmington
Synopsis: This Resolution is being presented by City Council for Council’s review and approval. This Resolution respectfully requests that the Department of Public Works, in consultation with the Delaware Department of Transportation and other relevant agencies, provide Wilmington City Council within 90 days with a report evaluating the potential implementation and expansion of Leading Pedestrian Intervals throughout the City.
