9/5/19 Christofer Johnson Sworn in as 7th District Councilmember

WILMINGTON – Today, Wilmington City Council has sworn in Christofer C. Johnson as Wilmington’s 7th District Councilman. He is filling the seat that was vacated when Councilman Robert Williams stepped down in July.

“Council approved a new process for replacing members that step down and I am pleased to say that it worked extremely well,” stated Council President Hanifa Shabazz. “We all welcome Mr. Johnson to Wilmington City Council and look forward to working with him on behalf of the City of Wilmington.”

Christofer C. Johnson, Esquire: Mr. Johnson is a local attorney and resident of Union Park Gardens. He has served as a leader in the Delaware Bar Association, the Delaware Center for Justice, Union Park Gardens Neighborhood Association and on the 7th District Neighborhood Planning Council.
