An Ordinance to Approve and Authorize the Public Access and Leased Access Management Agreement Between the City of Wilmington and DETV Foundation, Inc.

Synopsis:   This Ordinance is being presented by City Council for Council’s review and approval. This Ordinance authorizes the City to enter into a Public Access and Leased Access Management Agreement with DETV which provides DETV with a three-year contract to construct, maintain, produce, and operate the Studio and Access Channel made available by Comcast of New Castle County.

Synopsis:   This Resolution is being presented by City Council for Council’s review and approval. This Resolution appoints the recommended qualified candidate from the February 15, 2019 Committee of the Whole Meeting, pursuant to Wilm. C. (Charter) § 2-101, to fill the vacancy created by former Council Member Nnamdi Chukwuocha, for the remainder of former Council Member Chukwuocha’s term in accordance with the recommendation of the Committee of the Whole.
